Lost/Stolen Packages 

She's A Doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

 

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
