Hey Dolls ! We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREEEE if your order is over $100. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received. It takes 2-5 business days to be delivered.

She's A Doll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
