Why Can't I Find An Item That Was Advertised?

  • Many of our items that are advertised sell out very quickly. It's possible that they are no longer in stock! We are constantly updating our Back In Stock section so be on the look out!!

Do You Deliver to PO Boxes?

  • Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative shipping service.

Do You Deliver Internationally & Outside the U.S.?

  • Yes! We have worldwide shipping. Check out our Shipping Page for more information concerning international delivery.

Can You Deliver To A Different Address Other Than My Billing Address?

  • Yes, when filling out your billing address simply unclick the box that says "Deliver to same address" then you will be given the option to enter a different shipping address.

 

RETURNS

What is Your Returns Policy?

  • Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your store credit, just in case your order is lost on its way back to She's A Doll.

  • You will receive store credit to exchange for something else. No refunds!

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

  • 10 days of receiving you order.

How Much Does It Cost To Return An Item?

  •  Check out your local mail center.

What Do I Do If My Product Is Faulty?

  • Sorry to hear that babe ! If you have a faulty item, please return to us within 10 days of receipt of the faulty goods. All tags must be attached and be unworn and unwashed. Make sure you contact the Customer Service team and they will be glad to assist you.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return ?

  • We will try to process it ASAP but, it may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

Can I Exchange An Item?

  • Yes items can be exchanged for the correct size but the return policy still applies !
